　特定コミュニティ出身者が多い
環境が悪い
　給料安い
　帰れない
　尊敬できる人が少ない
　僕がしくったら会社ヤバいというプレッシャー
開発体制的にヤバい
　人が少なすぎる
　システムが前時代的
　特定の人がいなくなった時にシステム止まりそう
会社のビジョンが無い
　エンジニアが好き勝手してる感がある
