上位ランクされている日本の企業で一番上手いと思うのは、いいね数関係なくANAだと思います。ここは明らかに内部の人がやっているという気配を感じます。厳しい航空業界で生き残るために必死です。働いている人の顔や、飛行機からの風景、ウンチクなど、本サイトには掲載されてない独特の内容です。いいね数は48万4000とユニクロより少ないですが、イイネ数はひとつのコメントに対して3000くらいも付いてます。つまりANAのFacebookページには、ユニクロや無印のそれの10倍のアクセス数があるのが明確です。どういうこと書くと集客にいいのかまではこちらの飯の種ですので、今後気が向いたときに書くかもしれません。
しかしANAみたいな内容を書くのは、広告代理店やコンサルタントに運営を丸投げしている企業では不可能だし、 別にこれでANAが儲かってるという気配もはっきりいって無いです。しかしCS(顧客満足度)の向上はあると思います。つまりそもそもFacebookとかソーシャルメディアって「売り上げを上げる」という短絡的な物では無く、CSを向上させて企業のブランド価値を高めるという使い方が一番適していると考える次第。だから売る気マンマンのF-コマースみたいなのはみんな失敗してるんですよ! 売れるわけ無いから、ホント。
