4. テクノロジはコンテンツをサーブする道具ではない
テクノロジを、コンテンツを読者に届けるための手段と考えるのは、時代遅れだ。テクノロジとコンテンツは同一物（同一の対話的参加的サービス）の、二つの側面であるにすぎない。時により、場合により、どちらかの側面、または両方が、読者を喜ばせ参加を誘う。
